Kevin Darbelnet is the Founder and Principal of Strategy Matrix LLC, where he helps organizations identify high-impact opportunities and design the operating models required to execute them at scale. His work focuses on where to innovate and why, followed by how to govern, prioritize, and execute those choices through projects and portfolios.
Prior to founding Strategy Matrix, Kevin spent 17 years at Nestlé Waters (now Primo Brands), holding senior roles across Corporate Engineering, Innovation, and R&D within a 29-site manufacturing footprint. He led engineering programs, owned innovation pipelines, and delivered complex CAPEX initiatives — shaping how strategy actually gets executed in real operating environments.
Kevin operates at the intersection of technical depth and strategic clarity. His hands-on approach helps leadership teams move from ideas to execution — improving decision-making, accelerating delivery, and strengthening cross-functional alignment.
He is a Founding Member of the Outthinker Coaches Network and collaborates with Outthinker Networks as a partner, facilitating executive challenge forums and innovation workshops.
His philosophy is simple: progress over process. Execution is where strategy lives or dies.
